At the heart of this program are basic mindfulness practices that will help you access your inner wisdom and that of group members. You will be provided with tools to strengthen your well-being, think critically, act with compassion and develop resilience. The program is interactive and integrates a council process to create a shared learning environment. This is the ideal program for busy women who care to connect, dare to rise above the chaos and seek to be at peace.


As a busy mother, educator, and former anxiety sufferer I was drawn to mindfulness after reading the compelling evidence on its benefits. I have discovered incredible inner peace, strength and helpful anxiety management techniques. Sharing this with others, in the hopes that they will experience similar benefits, is a joy to me.  I am a certified facilitator of the Mindfulness Without Borders Ambassador Program and currently completing the Mindfulness in Modern Society Program through McMaster University. I am also an instructor of Mindful Movement and a Reiki practitioner.
