My whole life has been a wellness journey. Let me share with you some of my strategies for cultivating emotional wellness and dealing with an often anxious & busy mind.
I am not a therapist, guru or spiritual advisor. Just a fiercely honest woman, mother and educator who has learned (and is still learning) to live with calm in the chaos of modern day life.
