I have been on several Retreats with Sarah and she has been amazing. When I arrive, I am usually a mess from the stress of work. By the time the retreat is over I feel like a new person. There is so much laughter, relaxing and rejuvenating going on that is hard to leave. The classes she leads are wonderful both physically and mentally. I would highly recommend any retreat to anywhere with Sarah.
Transformative. That’s the one word that best describes my experience and outcomes of having Sarah as a
Pilates instructor. I have been working with Sarah over the past year, and even through all the stops and starts (because of my work/life demands, as well as injuries), I am stronger than I ever was when I first started Pilates. Sarah has an innate ability to understand where every person and body is at, and tailors each of our sessions accordingly.
Some days I come to my lessons feeling strong, others days far from it. Regardless, I always leave feeling significantly better and stronger than I did at the start, and that translates into all aspects of my life. Without exaggeration, Pilates has changed my life and my body in ways I never could have imagined, and I feel so thankful to have found an amazing teacher who has guided me every step of the way. I met Sarah virtually during her zoom Pilates classes. I then signed up for her mindfulness sessions and it was really wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed the classes. Sarah was insightful, practical and so knowledgeable. I really enjoyed this program. I loved being able to meet and discuss many of the mindfulness topics with Sarah and other students.
