My journey as a Pilates professional began over a decade ago. I had long been an advocate & client of Pilates due to my scoliosis. The decision to pursue an instructor certification was life changing. The choice to be certified in contemporary Stott Pilates is rooted in my belief that the principles of modern science are guiding this approach. Certified in mat, reformer, barrel and chair apparatus, Zenga and Barre; I am passionate about teaching others to move their bodies in healthy, safe & functional ways.
