The short answer is yes! Pilates is for everyBODY. Using various apparatus, Pilates enhances your strength, flexibility, posture and overall body awareness. A Pilates workout can be tailored to meet an individual clients needs. It is an excellent compliment to any existing workout program or a great way to start moving again!

Pilates is truly a mind/body workout like no other.

My journey as a Pilates professional began in my mid 30's. I had long been an advocate & client of Pilates due to my scoliosis. My decision to pursue an instructor certification was life changing. I chose to be certified in Stott Pilates because I believe in the contemporary approach to the traditional Pilates method based on modern principles of exercise science. I am currently certified in mat, reformer, barrel and chair apparatus, Zenga and Barre. I am passionate about teaching others to move their bodies in healthy, safe & functional ways. ​

Reformer class at Amaroo Transformation and Wellness Studio

  • 6:00pm Wednesday

 

Also available for private sessions at both locations.
