Write to Heal is a private, one-to-one writing and reflection container
It is a space for women who feel something ready to be expressed — but don’t want to rush or perform.
This is not therapy. - although it is therapeutic.
It’s not a writing class.
It’s not coaching in the traditional sense.
It is a held, relational space where writing becomes a way to listen, soften, and integrate what has been carried — sometimes for years.
*This work is open and non-prescriptive. For women who wish, sessions can be gently grounded in Christian prayer, scripture, or contemplative reflection.
WHO THIS WORK IS FOR
This work is for women who are ready to put pen to paper and tell the truth in their own way
It is for women who:
-
Feel something surfacing and want space to meet it honestly
-
Are tired of “doing the work” and want to put words to what they already feel
-
Want to write without critique, pressure, or performance
-
Are navigating transition, grief, identity shifts, or quiet awakenings
You do not need to be a writer.
You do not need the right words.
You only need to show up.

What We Do Together
Each session is intuitive and responsive, but may include:
-
A gentle opening to settle the nervous system
-
Guided reflective prompts or free writing
-
Space to read aloud (optional) or keep writing private
-
Quiet witnessing and mirroring
-
Integration — noticing what wants to be honored, released, or held differently
*If desired, sessions can be gently grounded in Christian contemplative practice, prayer, or scripture.
You set the pace.
Silence is welcome.
Nothing is forced.

OPTIONAL SUPPORT
Work Beyond the Sessions
For women who feel called to share their writing more publicly — whether through a personal essay, book project, or another form — I offer optional guidance beyond our sessions.
This may include reflective witnessing, gentle feedback, and support in clarifying voice and direction. This is not professional editing or literary critique, but a thoughtful, human response to the work — helping you hear what’s emerging and decide what, if anything, you want to do with it.
You remain the sole decision-maker about how, where, or whether your writing is shared.

About Sarah
I’m Sarah Sturino — a writer, former educator, Mindfulness Facilitator, woman of faith, and host of the podcast From the Mouth of a Woman.
My work explores voice, healing, and what happens when women stop silencing themselves to survive. This offering is rooted in lived experience and years of holding space — not in formulas or outcomes.
I am the author of The Sovereign (Vol. 2), with another book (Reclaiming Mental Health) forthcoming March 2026.
